Open to all, the evening is designed to foster conversation and connection, setting the tone for the CPA professional development breakfast the following morning.

This professional development breakfast, delivered in partnership with CPA Australia, brings together two highly regarded thinkers in business strategy and leadership to explore how individuals and organisations can unlock opportunity through aligned thinking and purposeful action.
Chris Gray and Jon Kenfield will share their perspectives on navigating complexity, identifying opportunity within uncertainty, and aligning strategy with execution. Drawing on their extensive experience working with leaders and organisations, the session will provide practical insights into moving from reactive decision-making to intentional, forward-focused growth.
Grounded in the principles of Unlock Possibilities and the Together We Flow philosophy, the session highlights how meaningful progress occurs when the right people, ideas and energy align.
