Whether on the cricket pitch, at the golf club, or in the heart of Skipton’s community, Dad poured his heart into everything he did.

From his early days at the Wallington Cricket Club to his pivotal roles in the Bellarine Peninsula and Western Plains Cricket Associations, cricket was more than just a sport for Dad; it was a symbol of teamwork, dedication, and tradition. Later, his love for sport and community extended to the Ocean Grove Football Club, the Skipton Golf Club—where he became a life member—and the Skipton Progress Association and Historical Society.
